Council met Thursday evening for a long meeting to resume our schedule after our summer recess.  Highlights include approval of tax sharing/incentive agreement, design of stormwater improvement projects in Ward 2, engagement of outside legal counsel, set a public hearing for a petition to vacate roads, discussions about Jazzercise using city facilities and potential updates to the noise ordinance.  Full notes by clicking below.

Council met Thursday night for a longer meeting. Highlights include road program updates, proclamation for our High School Speech and Debate Team, charter amendments that will appear on the November ballot, plan for tree trimming, discussion of initial noise ordinance changes, and approval of the site plan for the new field house at the high school.  Full notes by clicking below.

City Council met on July 13^th for a shorter meeting.  Highlights include update of the regional dispatch center, increase in pay for non-union employees for the City, 3 potential charter amendments for the November ballot, and legislation to define a human resources department for the City.
